These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications, websites, content, products, and services made available by Pragya Ride Technologies Limited ("PRAGYA RIDE", "we", "us").
1. The Platform & Services
PRAGYA RIDE provides a technology platform that enables users of PRAGYA RIDE mobile applications to arrange and schedule transportation, logistics, and delivery services with independent third-party providers of such services ("Drivers" or "Couriers").
Unless otherwise agreed by PRAGYA RIDE in a separate written agreement, the services are made available solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. User Accounts & Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in Ghana.
- Register and maintain an active personal user account with accurate information.
- Maintain the security and secrecy of your account username and password at all times.
3. Fares, Pricing & Payments
As a passenger, you understand that use of the services may result in charges for the services you receive from independent drivers.
- Upfront Fares: PRAGYA RIDE provides guaranteed upfront fare calculations based on estimated distance, duration, and local route conditions prior to trip confirmation.
- Payment Methods: You may pay for services using Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AT), cash, or card where supported.
- Cancellation Policy: A reasonable cancellation fee may apply if you cancel a trip after a driver has been assigned and is approaching the pickup location.
4. Safety Standards & Code of Conduct
All users must maintain high standards of respect, courtesy, and road safety:
- Safety PIN: Passengers must share their 4-digit safety PIN with the driver before the trip begins to verify ride authenticity.
- Zero Tolerance for Abuse: Aggressive behavior, harassment, discrimination, or unlawful activity will result in immediate and permanent deactivation from the platform.
- Sobriety & Conduct: Drivers must operate vehicles with full adherence to Ghana road safety regulations and highway codes.
5. Driver Partner Terms
Individuals applying to drive with PRAGYA RIDE agree to submit valid licensing, vehicle registration, and insurance documentation. Drivers operate as independent contractors and are not employees of Pragya Ride Technologies Limited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pragya Ride Technologies Limited provides the digital platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Ghanaian law, PRAGYA RIDE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
